About me

Thank you for taking the time to get to know me.

I am a proud father of two, boy and girl, married to my High School sweet-heart. 

I grew up fighting and being exposed to various parts of life. Good things and bad. Experiencing the painful side wasn't the best, but it did bring me to be the man I am today. 

My goal in life is to be a "decent" father and husband. Knowing what I know and have seen helped me become confident in responding to protect my Wife and children.

Years of training on and off I have brought myself to moving forward in my life long goal from realizing it would be selfish to only train those around me. Moving forward I've seen I am a servant to God first and then my family. I've seen the people who've crossed my path needing help in life (not financially) but with life itself. I know the journey in which struggle and blame can come from. 

I've experienced those pains and being there for as many people around me is all I can offer. 

Helping and serving others is who I am, but how do I do it? 

With the two things I've always done in my life, "Listening and fighting." 

Life coaching and Self-Defense came to mind and now I'm here living to teach by listening and guiding. 

Helping others find themselves to create the best part of their ever growing life.
